my late breakfast today: rye bread with bell pepper, salad, spinach, boiled egg, cucumber and avocado; orange and apple slices; PBJ with bananas; morning coffee! was yums!!

Especially if you develop an eating disorder and learn to hate yourself along the way. One main thing I’ve learned in the last few years. Now that I’m not focusing on skinny I’m so much happier AND healthier. I’m way more focused on being healthy and fit, which is awesome, and really works.

8 miles easy, and really enjoyed the night. My boyfriend took this photo around Mile 5, when I really got into a good rhythm. He joined me for Mile 8 and it was a great way to end my last long run before the big race.
